This is the second time I go to MK Elegance Studio and it's such a great experience. Not only does Mital, do a fantastic job of shaping/cleaning up my eyebrows when she's threading them but she cares about their health as well. If Mital noticed that one spot needs to grow more, rather than plucking away and potentially stunting the growth of my eyebrows she ensures my eyebrows still look good while keeping them healthy.
Mital did an amazing job with my threading and waxing! Her massage was also very relaxing, and everything is at a very reasonable price. I love that she uses natural products and I highly recommend her services.
I had a facial massage with Mital, which was wonderful. The products she uses are good for people who have sensitive skin and a terrific facial massage. Highly recommend her. Also threading was very clean and painless. Really pleased.

What does MK Elegance Studio offer?
MK Elegance Studio is an esthetics studio in Uptown Waterloo offering eyebrow and face threading (from $15.95), face and body waxing, Brazilian and bikini waxing, brow tinting, brow lamination, lash lift and tint, SQT Bio Microneedling, and facials — Diego dalla Palma RVB Skinlab rituals, NaturMed facials and back, hand and leg body facials. What happens at my first visit?
Arrive five minutes early and come up to Floor 1 through the Luna Aesthetics door beside Pilot Coffee Roasters. Mital will ask what you want, look at your skin or brows, check for anything that rules a treatment out — retinoids, Accutane, allergies, pregnancy — and explain each step before starting. You're never rushed, and you can stop at any point.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are warmly welcome Monday to Saturday, and short services like brow threading (10 minutes) often fit between appointments. Availability varies, though, so if you're on a schedule or travelling in, book on Jane App or call/text +1 365 336 7271 to check first. Longer services — facials, Brazilians, lash lifts — should be booked.
How clean is the studio?
Hygiene is treated as a promise, not a standard: every tool is sanitised between clients, threading uses a freshly cut cotton thread for each person, and skin is cleansed before and soothed after every service. If you'd like to see how something is prepared for your treatment, just ask — we're happy to show you.
Are there any offers for new clients or students?
Yes. First-time clients can get up to 20% off their first visit, and students get 10% off every visit with valid student ID — both appear in the banner at the top of this site. Conditions apply, so mention the offer when you book or check in and we'll confirm how it applies to your service.
Which products does MK Elegance Studio use?
Facials use Diego dalla Palma Professional's RVB Skinlab line from Milan — made in Italy, cruelty-free, Ecocert certified and dermo-tested at Italian universities — and NaturMed, a botanical, pH-preserving professional line. SQT Bio Microneedling uses SQT's Resurfacing Repair and Revitalizing Beauty essences. The SwissMed collection is featured on our skincare page.
